# Snapshot

Users can find snapshot voting platform by <https://snapshot.page/#/MatrixETF>, which uses custom policies to ensure that any representation of MDF has voting rights.

Community users who hold MDF can submit new proposals, vote on the proposals, and participate in community governance and decision-making. The right to vote can also be delegated to a delegation to participate in governance.
